HIRE CHARGES FOR FACILITIES
AT LANGLEE COMMUNITY CENTRE
ROOMS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICES ETC


PLEASE NOTE: HIRE CHARGES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW FOR RE-COMMENCEMENT IN 2021


Current Rates since 3rd September 2019

AFFILLIATED GROUPS
Affiliation Fee £25.00 per year
Regular users will be charged an Affiliation Fee of £25.00 per year with the
weekly/hourly charge for use of the facilities set by the Centre Management Committee


STANDARD CHARGES (per hour)
MAIN HALL - Adults £11.50 - Juniors £7.90
ROOM - Adults £7.00 - Juniors £5.20
CHILDREN'S PARTIES (per hour) - £10.00
ALL SATURDAY and SUNDAY BOOKINGS (per hour) - £22.00 - Juniors £17.00
(Wedding receptions, Birthday parties etc) £100.00 deposit required
Special events to be agreed with the House Committee
Charity Events (per hour)- Sat/Sun £10.50. Mon. to Fri. Hall £10.50 Room £7.00
Must be a Registered Charity. Charity number must be stated on booking form

KITCHEN (per function) - £12.50

Junior Let Rates apply when 50% or more of the group are under the age of 16


COMMERCIAL USE OF PREMISES
1. Where an individual or organisation applies to hire premises for financial gain
by charging participants, then the cost of hire is shown below.

2. Where the numbers regularly attending are less than 10, the Standard Charges apply

3. Application for commercial use on behalf of a Club where a Constitution and and Audited Financial Statement can be produced, exemption may be granted from the "Commercial" category.

COMMERCIAL CHARGES (per hour)
HALL - £25.50
ROOM - £10.00


EQUIPMENT HIRE: £5.00 on top of booking fee
Groups wishing to hire equipment from the Centre (e.g. Overhead Projector & Screen, Flipchart Stand) will be charged an additional £5.00 on top of their booking fee
